• Payment information: Transaction records (no card data is stored - payments are processed manually)

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the Kolsense.ai service
• Process and conduct AI-powered calls on your behalf
• Store and display your call recordings, transcripts, and summaries
• Verify your phone number for caller ID use
• Send you service-related notifications and updates
• Improve the quality and accuracy of our AI models

4. Call Recordings

All calls made through Kolsense.ai are recorded and transcribed. Recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to you through your account. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding call recording and notification requirements in your jurisdiction.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform:

• Twilio: Phone call routing and SMS verification
• Microsoft Azure: Speech-to-text and text-to-speech processing
• Anthropic: AI language model for conversation processing
• Netlify / Railway: Hosting and infrastructure

All service providers are bound by data processing agreements and are required to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Call recordings and transcripts are stored for up to 12 months and can be deleted by you at any time. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days.

Under Israeli and EU privacy law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Kolsense.ai is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

11. SMS Messaging — Data Handling

Kolsense.ai provides an optional SMS sending feature for users with a dedicated number assigned. The following data practices apply to SMS:

• Data collected: When you send an SMS via the platform, we log the sender number (your dedicated number), recipient number, message content, delivery status, timestamp, and the Twilio message ID. This data is stored in our database and linked to your account.
• Third-party processing: SMS messages are delivered through Twilio, Inc. (a third-party communications provider). By using the SMS feature, you acknowledge that message content and metadata will be processed by Twilio in accordance with their privacy policy and terms of service.
• Retention: SMS logs are retained for up to 90 days, consistent with the call data retention policy.
• Recipient rights: Recipients of SMS messages sent via Kolsense.ai have the right to request that no further messages be sent to them. Users are responsible for honouring opt-out requests promptly.
• No marketing use: SMS message content and recipient data are not used by Kolsense.ai for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering the message and maintaining service logs.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

• אספקה, תפעול ותחזוקה של שירות Kolsense.ai
• עיבוד וביצוע שיחות מבוססות AI בשם המשתמש
• שמירה והצגה של הקלטות, תמלולים וסיכומי שיחות
• אימות מספר הטלפון לצורך זיהוי מתקשר
• שליחת הודעות ועדכונים הקשורים לשירות
• שיפור איכות ודיוק מודלי ה-AI שלנו
• עמידה בדרישות חוקיות ורגולטוריות

4. הקלטות שיחה

כל השיחות המתבצעות באמצעות Kolsense.ai מוקלטות ומתומללות. ההקלטות נשמרות באופן מאובטח ונגישות רק למשתמש דרך חשבונו. האחריות לעמידה בדרישות הדין המקומי בנוגע להקלטת שיחות, לרבות חובת הודעה או קבלת הסכמה, חלה על המשתמש.

5. שיתוף מידע

איננו מוכרים מידע אישי. אנו משתפים מידע רק עם ספקי שירות מהימנים הנחוצים להפעלת הפלטפורמה:

• Twilio: ניתוב שיחות טלפון ואימות SMS
• Microsoft Azure: המרת דיבור לטקסט והמרת טקסט לדיבור
• Anthropic: מודל שפה לצורך עיבוד שיחות
• Netlify / Railway: אחסון ותשתיות

כל ספקי השירות כפופים להסכמי עיבוד מידע ומחויבים להגן על המידע בהתאם לדרישות הדין וההסכמים עמם.

6. שמירת מידע

אנו שומרים את נתוני החשבון כל עוד החשבון פעיל. הקלטות שיחה ותמלולים נשמרים עד 12 חודשים וניתנים למחיקה על ידי המשתמש בכל עת. לאחר מחיקת חשבון, המידע האישי יוסר בתוך 30 ימים, בכפוף לצרכים חוקיים או רגולטוריים.

11. שליחת SMS - טיפול במידע

Kolsense.ai מספקת פיצ'ר SMS אופציונלי למשתמשים עם מספר ייעודי מוקצה. להלן שיטות הטיפול במידע החלות על SMS:

• מידע הנאסף: בעת שליחת SMS דרך הפלטפורמה, אנו מתעדים את מספר השולח (המספר הייעודי שלך), מספר הנמען, תוכן ההודעה, סטטוס המשלוח, חותמת הזמן ומזהה הודעת Twilio. מידע זה נשמר במסד הנתונים שלנו ומשויך לחשבונך.
• עיבוד על ידי צד שלישי: הודעות SMS מועברות דרך Twilio, Inc. (ספק תקשורת צד שלישי). בשימוש בפיצ'ר ה-SMS, המשתמש מאשר כי תוכן ההודעות והמטא-דאטה יעובדו על ידי Twilio בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות ותנאי השירות שלהם.
• שמירת מידע: לוגים של SMS נשמרים עד 90 יום, בהתאם למדיניות שמירת נתוני השיחות.
• זכויות הנמענים: נמענים של הודעות SMS שנשלחו דרך Kolsense.ai זכאים לבקש שלא ישלחו אליהם הודעות נוספות. המשתמשים אחראים לכבד בקשות הסרה באופן מיידי.
• ללא שימוש שיווקי: תוכן הודעות SMS ומידע הנמענים אינם משמשים את Kolsense.ai לצורכי שיווק, יצירת פרופיל או כל מטרה אחרת מלבד מסירת ההודעה וניהול לוגי השירות.

12. שינויים במדיניות זו

אנו עשויים לעדכן מדיניות פרטיות זו מעת לעת. נודיע על שינויים מהותיים באמצעות דוא"ל או הודעה בפלטפורמה. המשך השימוש בשירות לאחר פרסום השינויים ייחשב כהסכמה למדיניות המעודכנת.
